Welcome to JUCY Bartending, operated by JUCY, LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By booking our services or using our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please review them carefully before confirming your event.
1. Services
We provide mobile bartending services for private and corporate events. Specific services, staffing, and package inclusions will be outlined in your personalized proposal and event agreement.
2. Booking & Payment
A 20% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your event date.
The remaining balance is due no later than [5 days] prior to your event date.
Payment may be made via [Zelle, Venmo or Credit/Debit Card (Includes 3% fee)].
3. Alcohol Policy
Alcohol is not included in our packages. Clients are responsible for purchasing and providing all alcohol.
JUCY Bartending offers a concierge service for alcohol order pickup and delivery on the day of your event.
All alcohol must be purchased and supplied in accordance with state and local laws.
4. Responsible Service of Alcohol
All bartenders are certified in responsible alcohol service through an accredited third-party program and are re-certified upon expiration.
We maintain written policies and procedures covering:
Mandatory ID verification for any guest appearing 35 years of age or younger.
Recognizing signs of intoxication and discontinuing service when appropriate.
Handling intoxicated guests responsibly.
Assisting guests with safe transportation options.
Disciplinary action, up to and including termination, for staff who violate these policies.
JUCY Bartending does not permit self-serve bars or robot bartending services.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
Provide all required alcohol (unless utilizing our concierge pickup service).
Ensure the event location complies with local laws regarding alcohol service.
Secure any necessary permits or licenses for alcohol service at their event venue.
Maintain a safe environment for guests and staff.
6. Liability & Insurance
JUCY Bartending has carried liquor liability insurance coverage continuously for the past five years and maintains all necessary coverage to operate legally.
We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or damages that occur as a result of guest actions or the consumption of alcohol at your event.
Clients assume responsibility for ensuring all guests consuming alcohol are of legal drinking age.
7. Cancellations & Refund Policy
The 20% retainer is non-refundable.
If your event must be canceled or rescheduled, please notify us as soon as possible.
In cases of circumstances beyond anyone’s control (including but not limited to accidents, natural disasters, strikes, or public health emergencies), JUCY Bartending will make all reasonable efforts to provide a replacement bartender or service at the agreed-upon fee. If this is not possible, a full refund will be issued.
8. Venue & Parking
As a mobile service, JUCY Bartending does not own or maintain event venues or parking facilities. The client or venue is responsible for providing appropriate parking and access for our team and equipment.
9. Acceptance of Terms
By booking with JUCY Bartending, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
